Meet Shawn McElmoyl

Developing people through creative and challenging coaching and training is in my blood. As a young Army officer leading an artillery battery, I was recognized for exceptional training skills. More recently a retiring wealth advisor said my innovative coaching had a greater impact on him than any coach in his 42-year career. In practice, I've coached teams to win multiple $100 million+ wealth management relationships.

After building, leading, and coaching wealth management teams for over two decades, I’ve identified key challenges faced by leaders and advisors. These challenges sparked my vision for Affluent Strategies – a sales leader and advisor training and coaching company that crushes obstacles to sales growth.
